Job Description

We are working in partnership with an established technology SaaS business, which has sites across the UK.

The New Business Executive role is a permanent full time remote role.  

Key duties within the role:

  • Run sales demonstrations online of our SaaS products to prospective B2B customers

  • Apply a consultative sales approach to all demonstrations and conversations

  • Identify and ‘get past’ the gatekeeper to get through to the decision maker or influencer

  • Close deals using a variety of different sales strategies and closing techniques

  • Follow up prospects who have responded to marketing and advertising campaigns

  • Carry out research to identify prospective customers and generate inbound leads

  • Maintain your list of all existing and prospective customers and all related opportunities, information, and activities within the CRM

  • Maintain relationships with customers after a sale, to improve retention and potentially drive upsells and cross-sells

  • Contact potential or existing customers where directed to up sell products and services

  • Provide support and develop sales initiatives to meet targets

  • Provide customer and product feedback to our stakeholders to improve products, brand awareness and perception in the marketplace

  • Develop and maintain a sound practical and working knowledge of our Products and Services

  • Develop a clear understanding of our products and services and the solutions they provide our customers

  • Contribute to the overall sales strategy, segmentation, and implementation of sales plans

  • Represent the company at customer facing events, demonstrations, and online activities

  • Build and maintain excellent business relationships with our customers in an open, consultative and professional manner

  • Demonstrate open communication and be responsive to internal and external demands

  • Have an ongoing excellent market knowledge in respect of all competitors for all our products and services

Suitable candidates will possess excellent lead generation and account management skills.
